Our Story
Benalmática Informática was born with a clear idea: to offer quality technology services accessible to everyone on the Costa del Sol. From our offices in Torremolinos, we have helped hundreds of individuals and businesses solve their IT problems.
We started as a small computer and laptop repair and assembly workshop in 2005 in a workshop on the Benalmádena coast. Over time we grew and worked with Asian component manufacturers, perfecting our hardware knowledge.
A few years ago we went through a digital transformation stage and today we are in a completely different phase: we have a software department led by a Computer Engineer (specialized, redundantly, in software). This allows us to deliver our own software, hand-coded websites and have a Linux and server specialist. Another way we matured as a business is offering a fully home-service model. We realised customers preferred pickup and repair at home/shop/office; basically, having an 'amazon' for IT.
This transformation and our customers' response made us realise how important it is to modernise your business. It's the difference between lasting over time or simply riding a wave for a few years. That's why, to this day, we've decided to give even greater importance to this, giving our Software department the same prominence for serving our customers.
